Screenshots

So.. Idk if this is how everyone else's set up is, if people know about it or turned it on/off, but my QW game takes a screenshot of the scoreboard at the end of each map. Cool, I knew about it. But I just recently looked to see how many files I had in the screenshot folder. 3,071 files at about 17 gigs worth of .tga's. So if anyone's looking to do some spring/summer cleaning on their hard drives, this might be a good place to get rid of some unnecessary data lol, especially if you're an avid player.

Do you have any where I got a shit load of medic points? 150+?

For those of you on Macs (yeah, yeah, I realize that's probably just me now), there is a great utility called WhatSize that gives you a size count of all your folders. It makes it easy to drill down and figure out where space is being used. For the unix-types among us, i't's like a graphical version of du.

Hey, I found that folder and it did indeed have about 5 GB worth of screenshots in it. Is there an in-game switch to turn that off, or do I need to change something in my config?

g_autoScreenshot is most likely the command for that

wheres are the screenshots ? I looked around my ETQW folder , where my game is intalled , but cant find anything...

I just found 12,000+ files in my logs folder too.

I dont have a screenshots folder in /base .. too bad
And I never turn that off.. Oh well..

I checked my folder and I had 70K snapshots. But for some reason they weren't from the stats page. They were all taken after I killed Br8kaway.

WOW- this is weird.. to weird, really-- my screenshots, as well, all Killing Br8kaway.. 336K worth...

Funny, mine were all the times that Br8kaway killed me, but there were only like 2 screenshots in there?

I wish there was a way to record videos of my random bursts of anger. It may put some of my "FUCK YOU, PRICK!" VOIP comments into context.

Yeah, I think the clan could do with a few less such outbursts from me. Senility's vents about radar don't seem so bad now...

The case was 10 feet from me and all I had to do was pick it up and walk in to transmit. Someone on my team wanted to turn their hummer around and backed right into me and mushed me to a wall. That caused an outburst. I'm still fuming.
