Another thought

When we scrimmed with Stymie and the guys tonight we had the choice of playing promod or vanilla. I think if you don't have promod installed you should go ahead and do that so in the future if we choose to, we could play that way. Which I think is another facet to the game that brings more out of the game, plus it can be fun! Obviously we can't and won't make you, but what can it hurt?

I have promod installed- can't seem to get the maps inserted. Where (what folder) should they be inserted?

Doesn't the install take care of everything? I don't remember having to put in maps

Did you make sure you got the latest version? I know when I was reinstalling I accidentally got one of the earlier ones and had that same problem as you. The latest one is 1.0, is that the one you have?

I have no idea if I have the latest version. Where did you all download from?

It would also be nice if you make sure you got your arrows set to 8, so we can use comp configs for small numbers to keep games balanced. To do this, just type in your console in promod
seta g_playerarrowiconsize 8

That's easy enough.

I am not sure where to post this so I will post it here. I had a chance to witness SIN earn 795 XP over 3 maps. He was on fire tonight! Unfortunately I picked the opposite side as him and he killed me many times.
