Banned???

I would like to thank this forum for acceptin me again, my issue is being banned for using the so called sniper rifle technique where i fire quickly. i was told it is a reload glitch and i got banned for it. this is not justified because pro players use this so called glitch without consequence and this is not the only glitch, If you do decide to equate this to a glitch, cheats, and bugs, you also should punish for another and a lot of these features: the supple create in the walls and healing through the walls, tripmines on vehicle and much more.i would like to post links but the website wont let me cause im new, so just go to utube an type in Sherlock Rex: Case Raktok, the issue is not the sniper glitch(issue is he is able to do the glitch successfully repeatedly) but it goes to show u its legal



please clarify y people in pro mod can use this an on a public server i cannot? also bre8kaway was i think who banned me..this was not my first incident with this admin,when i was playin as an aggressor i kept killin him out of coincidence and i got kicked,when i ask y kidgloves told me breakaway hit the kick button by accident/or it was a glitch in the server.
if i have done anything to offend anyone please let me know so i can correct myself, also I wish for u guys to repeal this ban because i like playin on ur server ..great ping

sir physco sexy did not tell me to not do that he was only makin fun of me and he was the only person who said anything about it too me i did not even get a warning sayin not to do that, but my problem is the fact that people in pro can do it and u cant on a pub server, i posted this on splash damage forum an rex told me the advance players do not consider this as a cheat or bug because they know the game very well,and how these admins on pub server react to anything new with a a kick or ban..also like i said if u consider this as a bug glitch or cheat there are many things in this game that r like that which i stated above and those things should be dealt with in the same manner otherwise bannin me is just being biased which i hope this issue is not...also nothing is wrong with the vid im just using it as an example to show u that the sniper technique is what i did and rakatok did it But he didnt get banend???

Different servers have different rules. Maybe you should pay attention more, I heard the warnings multiple times.
And as for these scrims between clans, its usually on a promod server. And 1 more thing, don't compare yourself to raktok/onyx... He dont miss

lol agreed, but can i please get an unbanned this is the first time this has happened to me and i wasnt even cheating just using a game feature which was not approved by an admin, i wont even play covert ops anymore, as for the warnings i turn off voice chat so i could not have paid attention, also dont u think this ban was a little harsh considering he didnt even kick me and wouldnt respond to my message as to why he did this. i got a message response from another member kidgloves when i pm him but not bre8kway. how can this be justified if this admin would not communicate with me when im tryin my best to communicate with him and solve this problem

TBH I have heard at least 5 warnings from members in a matter of 2 days. I don't know how many times they have warned you when I am NOT on.

alright alright i learned my lesson now can i please get an unbanned u can ban me if u see me playin covert ops(not infiltrator) or give me a warning just incase i forget my promise..I WILL NEVER PLAY COVERT OPS IN CRYPT SERVERS

and for the record - i for one, and am sure i can speak for most here.. dont give a flying fuk what rek or sherlock who the fukever says about this glitch.. you were warned over and over not to use it BY an ADMIN and yet you continue to use it.. I've even warned you..

I've witnessed you being warned AND kicked for it well before the ban. I warned you myself on global last night, and I am not going to spend any time wondering who does and doesn't have global chat turned on.

As Loki said, it's under review. But your arguments would have carried more weight if they had come after the warnings, not after the ban. Right now, you're like the thief who isn't sorry he stole, but is very sorry he got caught.

BTW, your saying, "incase i forget my promise" really doesn't help your cause. At all. It just tells me that you're going to do it again as soon as you think there are no admins around.

no no i wont do it again, dvsone knocked some sense into me when he said different servers have different rules , u know what ill just not play covert and i guess ill have to turn on the voice chat since alot of people use it on this server that seems like a resoniable resolution, o please dont keep me banned this server it is the only 1 that i have the best ping on. so thank you for reviewing my case as it would have been much worse if u guys had just refute my comments without giving me all this useful info about the situation and the server so thanks..

i am also sorry for turning off the voicechat in which i take full responsibly for all the warnings, as for the disrespect, i am sorry if i have offended anyone in anyway, and i would like you to know that this is not what i intended to happen, wow i just realized how important this voice chat thing really is so agian i am sorry and hope u guys repeal my ban..ty

u see thats the problem here since i turned off voice chat i was unable to heed the warnings then when i got kicked i tried to pm the admin but they did not respond, so i was basically uneducated about this specific server policy, now since i got banned im more educated about the server policies so its not like i heard anyone tellin me to stop or anything an continued using this so called glitch.. i had no way to get info or communcate because the admins would not answer my pm, but the fault is mine i should have turned on the chat..i just hope they repeal the thing because its a misunderstanding and communication issue

i then warned you via global chat- in other words i typed it..

complaints stopped.. as in, you stopped using the glitch.... apparently...

the complaints stopped because i did not play for like 4 days an just because u typed something did not mean i read it, also u would know if i got the message because i would have responded also like i said i pm the admins about when i got kicked THEY DID NOT RESPOND u dont think there is a communication issue invovled in this.. i was unaware about this policy an tbh the only sign was sir pscyho sexy who was makin fun of me using this glitch he did not tell me it was illegal in this server rather he was just callin me glitcher, once again LACK OF INFORMATION, but now its not a lack of info because now i know and it would be bullshit if u guys unbanned me an i did this again please try to understand that my knowledge on this matter was limited an was further restricted because of a lack of communication both on my part(voice chat) and the fact that the admins did not respond to my pm so u cant say i did not try to contact them and im not blaming this issue on them, fyi, hope this affects ur decision to keep me banned,
