Hey guys, I am fairly new to Quake Wars, and I've played most of my games on your server so far. My name is Sam, and I would love to join your organization. I know the age requirement was 18, but I am only 17 (I dont think my voice is that high anyway), and I hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive this. I will continue to play on your server as I await your reply.

I'm not sure If any of us has seen you play (I just got back from a month hiatus) but if you're good enough then the age can be bent. A big thing with us is don't have too much of a high pitched voice and don't be a reambling child. Even if you don't get accepted I'd urge you to continue playing on the server, it's the best I've played on

At this time, if we were to ask for a vote of confidence, I would say no. Keep coming to the server so we can get to know you a littel better. Applications are accepted from people we know either by reputation or by getting to know them. Please do not be discouraged by what I am typing here, I am just not a big fan of opening the door to people I have rarely seen on our server.

That is perfectly understandable. Yesterday was literally my first day playing the game, so I don't expect to get in right away. I will continue to enjoy your server in the meantime, and hopefully make some kind of an impression. Thanks for your time!

Stick around. Its an great server, and an even greater bunch of guys (and one smoking-hot chick) The age requirement serves the dual purpose of weeding out the irritations of a shrill omni-present voice (supremely annoying to Sen (oh how I miss the youthful exuberance of little MCP_Driver...)) and those of tantrum prone, rage quitting adolescent xp-whores (annoying to everyone but Sen who relishes each opportunity to kick ban them)

Yeah I think you were on earlier when I was playing. You didn't aggravate me on first appearance so there may be hope. Keep in mind that our clan isn't about being the best or any of that shit. We play together because we like the people we play with. It's about character here, so keep that in mind.

I played against you the other day and saw no problems keep coming back and you have my vote.

For the record- I'm voting 'no' on premise of the name, It's pretty horrible. with a name like that you sound more of a masochist than me. Change it and i'll have a better first impression of you

The first time he was on he was playing with his dad. It was a father-son type thing.

I've never seen this guy before so I can't exactly vote.

There are certain types of players on quake wars that I would never want in the clan which can include any and all of the following:

1. Crying about hacks, exploits, etc after getting sniped or killed multiple times in a row - hopefully by me (bonus points for calling a vote kick)

2. Rage quitting because you can't take a loss (this might stem from not being hugged enough as a child)

3. Playing as a rambo rocket launcher with the sole purpose of eliminating any and all enemy deployables (bonus points if you run with the rocket launcher instead of the knife and never use your secondary weapon). (Additional bonus points if you use the rocket indoors to kill one enemy but also killing yourself and 2 of your teammates in the process, but who cares though? you got the kill didn't you and that's what counts)

4. Running up to disarm an explosive as an enemy soldier is planting another explosive charge RIGHT NEXT TO YOU.

5. Getting offended and butthurt over some friendly trash talk.

6. Using voip and sounding like a pubescent little kid - some names that come to mind mcp_driver, & brent19. (Bonus points if you get vote muted and come back with a smurf name and constantly talk with your high pitched voice).

Try not to fit in these and you should be fine.
